Property Plaza respects your right to control your personal data. This document outlines the process for requesting the deletion of your user data from our systems.

2. Requesting deletion of data

1. Contact Customer Support To request the deletion of your personal data, please contact our customer support through one of the following methods:

2. Information to Include Please provide the following information in your request:

  • Full name associated with the account
  • Email address used for registration
  • Account username (if applicable)
  • Brief reason for deletion (optional)

3. Response Time

  • We will acknowledge receipt of your deletion request within 3 business days
  • We aim to process all legitimate data deletion requests within 30 days of verification
  • If we require additional information to verify your identity, we will contact you within 7 business days

4. What Will Be Deleted Upon completion of your request, we will delete:

  • Your account profile information
  • Your property listings
  • Your communication history
  • Your payment information
  • Any other personal data associated with your account

5. Data Retention Certain information may be retained:

  • As required by applicable laws and regulations
  • For legitimate business purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy
  • In anonymized, aggregated form that cannot be used to identify you

Consequences of Deletion
Please note that data deletion:

  • Is permanent and cannot be reversed
  • Will result in the termination of your Property Plaza account
  • Will remove all your listings from our platform
  • Will cancel any active subscriptions (with no refund for unused subscription periods)
